Most of countries in this world must be leaded by a president. Indonesia has one too, right? Yeah, of course we do. But some people say the present president now isn’t good for this country. Well, I’m not saying our president is bad. He’s quite good. By the way, do you ever think some categories for our president? Like he must be good-looking, genius, rich, and many more? Well I have too. I’m going to mention them now.
First: wise. A president must be wise because if he is a wise person, he will think for everyone in his country. I mean, he will make policies which he’s sure that everyone can gain many benefits from them.
Second: smart. A smart president will think every possibility first if he is going to make some policies. He doesn’t have to be a genius. He just needs to be smart and he is willing to share his knowledge with everyone. Because when he’s sharing it, he will get more information. That’s called true smart person.
Third: assume responsibility. A responsible person feels that he must take the credit or the blame for his place in life. He looks at the shackles he has placed upon himself, and, in a moment of truth, he declares his independence. So, that’s why I think that a president must assume responsibility for his every action.
Fourth: a protector. A leader is like a shield and fort for his people. He has to protect them in every way. He will protect them from any harms and distractions.
Fifth: honest. Everyone likes honest people. So, a leader has to be honest in every situation whether it’s bad or not. Another example for being honest is not doing corruption. Everyone hates corruptor. A leader doesn’t ever want to be hated, does he? And when he makes mistakes which even can make him taking off his position, he has to admit it. He will do it without hesitation because he knows that he has made mistakes.
Sixth: humble. A leader doesn’t have to come from a rich people. He just has to be humble, not too luxurious and like to waste money. We can make him as an example for everyone to save their money, not waste it for unimportant and unbeneficial things.
Maybe I just can mention 6 categorizes. But exactly there are still many of them that I haven’t written above. This is mine, what is yours?
