5 Tips to Start Your Productive Day

Hello P-assengers! How are you guys? I hope you are okay! P-assengers, don’t you think that during the holiday period like today, sometimes it becomes more difficult for us to live productively? This happens because we tend to have more free time during holidays, which unfortunately often cannot be used better. Especially if we even start our day by lazing around. According to Merry Riana, the first ten minutes of our day determine the quality of our lives for a whole day. Then we can have a productive day by starting our day well. Hmm, how can we do it?

  1. Be grateful and say nice things to yourself

When you want to start a good day, start your morning with something good too. When we wake up, instead of complaining about the obligations we have to live with today or the completion of the rest we have, we can be grateful for the blessings we received at the beginning of the day. Even waking up and breathing fresh air without a hitch is also a big blessing! So, don’t forget to be grateful and think about positive things in the morning, P-assengers

  1. Wake up on time without snoozing the alarm

Sometimes, it must be really lazy when we hear the alarm sound on our cellphones. Even though at that time we were dreaming or were fast asleep. As a result, because we are too lazy to wake up, we snooze our alarm and continue to sleep. And so on until the alarm from our cell phones asks us to wake up again. Oops, we must get rid of this habit from now on, P-assengers! Because starting the morning by procrastinating later can create a bad character! We will get used to delaying and causing the attachment of procrastinating properties that can continue to carry over that day or even into the following days. If we keep procrastinating, how can we have a productive day?

  1. Wake up early regularly

Waking up earlier can also be the key to a productive day. According to the book The 5 AM Club, by getting up at five in the morning regularly, we can have more productive time to develop ourselves in the morning. Even though it feels like getting up at five in the morning every day is very hard, if there is a will, we can do it. Be the top 5% of people in the world who wake up regularly at five in the morning every day, compared to the other 95% of people who don’t

  1. 20/20/20 formula

Break the first hour of your life for productive activities. Like Robin Sharma, he spends his first hour with 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of self-improvement. Doing something productive in the morning can spur you on to continue having a productive day for a whole day. The positive things we do in the morning will continue to carry over throughout the day, P-assengers!

  1. End the day with quality for a quality start

To have a quality start to the day, we also need to end our day with quality. We can have our last dinner and stop using our gadgets between 7 and 8 PM. Furthermore, we can spend our time before bed chatting with family or enjoy our time by meditating or reading a book. Don’t forget the most important thing is not to get used to sleeping late. In addition to impacting health conditions, sleeping late can make us less excited in the morning because of lack of sleep.

That’s it, P-assengers. We can design better life in the future by starting to design our life in one full day because everything good that we do in one day could have an impact on our future. Change is hard at first, but it will be beautiful. That’s it for this article, see you soon!
